December fills up fast. Between work, travel, and everything else the holidays pile on, hanging lights is the thing that gets pushed to the weekend that never comes — and climbing a ladder onto a wet roof in the dark is not a great plan anyway.
So we take the whole job. We design the display with you, measure your roofline, cut commercial-grade LED strands to fit your house exactly, and hang them with clips that don't damage your gutters. If a bulb goes out in December, we come back out for free. In January we take it all down and store it until next November, when we hang the same custom-cut set again.

Do I need to buy the lights?
No. We supply commercial-grade LED strands, cut to fit your house, and store them for you between seasons. You're paying for the service, not the product — and because the set is cut to your roofline, it goes back up faster and cleaner every year after the first.
What's actually included in the price?
Design consultation, all lights and clips, installation, any mid-season service call, takedown in January, and storage until next November. There is no separate takedown invoice in the new year, which is the line item that surprises most people who went with a cheaper quote.
Where can you install lights?
Rooflines and gutters, peaks and gables, dormers, trees and shrubs, wreaths and garland, porch railings, columns, walkways, and commercial storefronts. If you want something specific, describe it on the form and we'll price it.
Will it damage my gutters or roof?
No. We use purpose-made clips that grip the gutter lip or shingle edge and come off clean. Nothing is stapled, nailed, or screwed into your fascia, and no adhesive touches your roof.
How long does installation take?
Most residential jobs are a few hours. Larger or steeper homes can take most of a day. You don't need to be home — we just need access to an outdoor outlet.
Is the work insured?
Yes. We carry general liability coverage, and every crew we send is separately insured with a current certificate on file before they're scheduled. Ask and we'll send you both.
When should I book?
October and early November. Spots are filling up fast, and we stop taking new roofline jobs in early December. Commercial and HOA properties need more lead time — reach out in September if you can.
